This morning on Twitter, @cmbobirds reported: “(the) First big morning flight of the season at higbees today”.

Echoing this to a lesser extent in Morris County, Sayre’s Farm in Morris Township had:
Ruby-throated Hummingbird – 5
Warbling Vireo – 2
Red-eyed Vireo – 2
Blue-gray Gnatcatcher – 5
Empidonax sp.
Black-and White Warbler – 3
Common Yellowthroat – 3
Northern Parula
Magnolia Warbler
Chestnut-sided Warbler
Black-throated Green Warbler -2
Canada Warbler
Rose-breasted Grosbeak – 3

At Bee Meadow Park in Whippany, Jamie Glydon found Common Yellowthroat, 5 American redstarts, Yellow Warbler, Chestnut-sided Warbler and Indigo Bunting.
