Lincoln’s Sparrow and other migrants at Glenhurst Meadows, Sept. 5, 2012

From Mike Hiotis:

Hey Jonathan,
An afternoon stroll thru Glenhurst Meadows brought me a nice look at a vocal Lincoln’s Sparrow on the trail between the 2 ponds near the tower (the usual spot). It popped up nicely once then buried itself somewhere.

I came upon a few pods of Warblers incl; 4 Redstarts, 3 Northern Waterthrush, BTBlue, BTGreen, 3 Magnolia, Canada, Chestnut-sided & C. Yellowthroat+….

Flycatchers were well represented with 8+ Phoebes, 4 Pewees and 4 Traill’s types….
