From Jamie Glydon:
–
After visiting the brig today and a few other places down south, I stopped by the “STS Parking lot” behind Patriots stadium. The sun was rapidly setting, so I didn’t have a lot of light.
–
I had the following:
1 Stilt Sandpiper
10+ Killdeer
2 White-rumped Sandpiper
2 Semipalmated Plover
8+ Semipalmated Sandpiper
1 Solitary Sandpiper
~4 Least Sandpiper
Mallard
Blue-winged Teal
1 Northern Shoveler

Some workers were there, but they ignored me. I hadn’t yet read Jonathan’s post about his last visit there. They may have ignored me because they were clearly done working and just goofing off. Anyway, before leaving I read Jonathan’s post and realized that he had a “discussion” with the foreman during his last visit. I’m not sure if there are any other areas in that locale where the birds can be viewed.
