It is reported that the overnight weather conditions created a waterbird fallout at Spruce Run Reservoir in Hunterdon County this morning. Some of this spilled into Morris County as Mike Wolfe found 2 Surf Scoters at Boonton Reservoir today. They were viewed from the south end of the reservoir. It could be productive to check any of the many lakes in Morris County today.
