Vesper Sparrow continues at Great Swamp N.W.R., 4-15-2011

Pleasant Plains Rd. From Lee’s Hill Road, past Fenske Vistor Center to the Overlook – 6:15-7:00 a.m.

The Vesper Sparrow continues in the same spot on the drive from Lee’s Hill Road to the Fenske Visitor’s Center in the vicinity of the Cattail swamp.

    There were definitely still two Vespers – they were seen together 4/15 late afternoon feeding in the grass near the cattails by m. obs. (but not by mobs).
