White-crowned Sparrows in Hillsborough, Jan. 25, 2012

I just saw 6 White-crowned Sparrows at Orchard Rd. in Hillsborough. They were in the hedges just at the edge of the south side of the road about 150 feet west of the intersection with Chamberlain Dr. This is the fourth winter I have seen White-crowneds at this location! 5 were adults and 1 an immature.

If you want to see White Crowned Sparrows,
they have been present all winter at Cold Brook Preserve in Tewksbury.

  Cold Brook is a great sparrow spot…in Hunterdon County, outside of the mocosocobirds boundary (mocosocohuco is not in the plans).
