The Hillsborough Iceland Gull was viewed again today on Homestead Rd. along with a Lesser Black-backed Gull (Vickie Schwartz via eBird).

A light morph Rough-legged Hawk continues on Rattlesnake Bridge Road, Bedminster Twp. through Dec. 19 (Jeff Ellerbusch).

When most other lakes and ponds are frozen in Morris County, Kitchell Pond at Loantaka Brook Reservation remains open. Yesterday, Dec. 19, Jim Mulvey found a pair of Northern Pintails, 8 Gadwall, the ususal Mallards, Canada Geese, Ring-billed Gulls and a Belted Kingfisher.
