Temperature 50-76F, visibility 20 miles, variable cloud cover 5-40-0-50%, Winds shifting from the SW to NE 3-6 mph.
Raptor Observations:
BW streams and kettles started at 9:15(DST) that continued until 13:30(DST. The streams and Kettles were multi-tiered and shifted from the NE to E. At 13:30 (DST) the cloud cover was lost and finding any raptor was fruitless. The 2nd shift of counters arrived when the clouds started building again at 16:30(DST) and again multi-tiered BW streams and kettles were spotted. Some large kettles numbered 107,190 and 209.
Non-raptor Observations:
Night hawks, Blue Jay, Black Capped Chickadee, Titmouse, Gold Finch, Cardinal, Bluebird, Cedar Waxwing, Tanager,Purple FInch, Robin, Indigo Bunting, Ruby Crowned Kinglet, House Wren, Raven, Black and White Warbler.
Predictions:
Morning rain showers with clearing in the afternoon.
