Today’s stormy weather did not deposit much in the way of migrating birds, although 4 Bonaparte’s Gulls (3 are pictured above) at Boonton Reservoir was a nice find in the foggy afternoon.

A Lesser Black-backed Gull with Herring Gulls was seen flying west from Bridgewater this morning (Jeff Ellerbusch).

Canvasback drakes were seen on Lake Musconetcong before the fog rolled in (Tom Halliwell, Mike Ostrow).

This afternoon, it was hard to tell if gulls or anything else were on the ice at Budd Lake.
